Having obtained AC6 classification, Hy Tek reaches the highest level of wear resistance according to the EN 438-2 Sect.11 regulation.
Hy Tek (in standard form) satisfies Class 1 requirements, however it can also be supplied with the Class 2 (Rd≥35) slip resistance surface characteristic as defined by the Spanish Technical Code regulation.
Scratch Resistance – Grade 4
Hy Tek has obtained Grade 4 in scratch resistance tests according to the UNE EN 13329 regulation.
Our wood protection technology, combined with the development of a film to protect against UV radiation, ensure that the wood evolves gently and consistently over its useful life.
With resins that protect the wood surface and a bakelite coating in its counterface, Hy Tek is a 100% moisture resistant floor, suitable for installation in areas with frequent contact with water.
Parklex floors can absorb the impact of falling objects, heel marks and other heavy rolling loads without affecting the appearance.
Hy Tek: Reaction to Fire
Hy Tek floors have obtained the highest possible classification in reaction to fire for organic materials.
Regular cleaning using water and a ph-neutral cleaning product will easily remove any dirt, to leave no visible stains.
